The year I did live in Brooklyn wasn't that bad, great markets, great food, fab bakery, and public library, all within walking distance, but I don't see myself ever living there again.
I picture myself in the city. My dream place is a brownstone in the Gramercy Park Historic District. There was even one for sale I looked at a few years back, just before I got pregnant with Frick. It wasn't on the square itself, although I would have park privileges, but alas, I didn't have the down payment for 5 mil at the time, soI had to pass...
